A number looks wrong
Send a screenshot of the game's own tooltip beside what the site printed. The tooltip is the authority, and a wrong figure with the real one next to it usually points straight at the line that caused it.
Something is broken
The Gear Comparison and the Character Planner each carry a bug reporter in the page, which is quicker than email because it sends the state of the page with the report. Screenshots attached that way are kept for 36 hours, emailed to bugs@auscraft.games and then deleted. That address is the bug shelf and nothing else; anything that is not a bug goes to the one above.
Your account
To delete an account and everything saved with it, email from the address the account is under and say so. Nothing else is needed and there is no waiting period.
Anything else
- Advertising. Advertising is labelled where it appears. Gold selling, boosting and account trading are turned down at any price.
- Reusing the work. Ask, and say where it is going. The game data underneath comes from DiabloTools/d4data under the MIT licence and carries its own terms.
- Rights holders. This is an unofficial fan site. If you represent Blizzard Entertainment and want something changed or taken down, the same address reaches a person.
